Quantitative Support Analyst

The opportunity
Join Lacima’s international team as a Quantitative Support Analyst, helping our global client base get the most from our multi-award-winning trading and risk management software.
Working at the intersection of quantitative analysis, technology and client support, you’ll investigate and resolve product and service queries, apply your mathematical and analytical skills to complex problems, and contribute to client training and support resources.
This is an opportunity to work with an international team and develop your expertise across energy and commodity markets, quantitative analytics and financial technology.

QA and Release Manager
Work type: Full time
The opportunity
Join Lacima’s engineering team as a QA and Release Manager, leading quality assurance and release management across our trading and risk management software.
This is a hands-on senior role combining QA leadership, test automation and quality engineering with ownership of the software release process. You’ll lead and develop a small QA team, drive continuous improvement in testing practices, and coordinate release readiness across development and QA.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing development of Lacima’s technology platform while working with an international team to ensure the quality and reliability of software used by energy and commodity market participants around the world.
